Viprasanna online meditation
Every week on Wednesday evenings (starting 4th Nov), Viprasanna leads online Meditation sessions from 7 to 9pm. The first hour (7-8pm) will be with instruction and thus suitable for complete beginners and more experienced meditators alike who want to enhance their practices. During the second hour (8-9pm), there will be a longer session with less guidance and more silent space to allow for a deeper practice.
Viprasanna also leads a small ongoing study group, operating occasionally by Zoom but mostly by exchange of e-mails, based on a contemporary Buddhist book.
He also offers several online Yoga sessions suitable for beginners each week with a longer Saturday morning session for more experienced practitioners with practice associated with the aforementioned study material. Reflecting his interest is in the cross-over between Yoga and Vajrayana Buddhism (an example being practising yoga postures with pranayama breathing practices).
