On Sangha Day, we celebrate our spiritual community in one of the four main Buddhist festivals in the year, usually held at the time of the full moon.
Schedule for Sangha Day
10.00 – Welcome by Sanghaketu
10.10 – Short check in by those who want to partake.
10.40 – Viprasanna will lead a meditation followed by a talk from Sanghaketu
11.15 – Tea break
11.20 – Sangha Day Talk by Sanghaketu
12.00 – End of morning session
14.00 – Short introduction to the afternoon session by Sanghaketu
14.10 – Presentation on the Lokavipatti Sutta (The Buddha’s teaching on the
eight worldy winds) and discussion led by Viryashalin.
15.10 – Tea break
15.15 – Sangha Metta Bhavana led by Tony
16.00 – Finish
