Ordained members of the Triratna Order lead events with occasional teaching by other experienced members whilst the smooth running of events occurs thanks to the efforts of many people in the group. All events are free whilst donations are invited, either to King’s Lynn Triratna or to a chosen charity (see ‘Gyan Jyoti School’ page)
On Monday evenings online (7-9pm), Viryashalin leads a period of study and discussion on Buddhist teachings. This covers ethics, Buddhist philosophy, things that may arise from meditation practice, and the leading of a rich spiritual life.
On Tuesday evenings (7-8pm), Viryashalin leads a period of ‘Buddhanussati’ meditation online, which involves bringing to mind and rejoicing in the qualities of the Buddha. This is more suited to those already having a connection with Buddhism.
All are welcome, though it would be helpful to talk with Viryashalin beforehand -please contact by email on firstname.lastname@example.org.
